  3-5 working days for us to handcraft your macrame before it is
  dispatched for delivery.
• Free standard shipping for all orders over $200.
• Standard shipping: 2-8 business days, $10
• Express shipping: 1-4 business days $15
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation
  email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your
  order using the provided tracking number.

At Ellegrace, we are committed to creating high-quality products. However, if you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return or
exchange, please ensure the item is returned within 30 days of receipt in its
original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are
the responsibility of the customer.

 Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us immediately at hello@ellegracelabel.com if you need to make
changes to your order or cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, we are
unable to make changes or cancellations.

 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will
work with the carrier to initiate a thorough search.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and
provide clear photos of the damage. This helps us process your request
efficiently and ensure a swift resolution.
